Welcome to Charis Chapel Bible Church

We begin our study with the Bible itself: The Word of God. It's Subject and Purpose; and As a Divine Revelation. Next we study the Trinity, the oneness and unity of God in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All that God has made known about himself can be understood even the fact that he is singular in one sense and plural in another. We study the Person and work of God the Son, and the Person and work of God the Holy Spirit.

Since the release of his book, "WorkBook on The Plan of God" Dr Patrick has been leading many to the clear understanding of the word of God ... and now, God is sending him forth to the continent of Africa specifically Ghana from Sept. 20th - 23rd for a 3 day workshop that prayerfully will lead participants to "set their affection on things above" as commanded in Colossians 3:1-2. Please stand with our Pastor and Charis Chapel concerning this endeavor. We need your support in this mission work and we are soliciting your help. The Doctrine of Bitterness! Part 17 G The Final Lesson

September 17th, 2017

We finally come to the conclusion of our continued series..."The Doctrine of Bitterness*
In today's lesson Dr. Larry B. Patrick picks up on point 3 from the five points of Bitterness covered in the previous lesson.
He references the 26 gates of arrogance using many examples from scripture to show how bitterness breaks down irrational thinking.
Bitterness is one of the greatest manifestations of arrogance morphing into various forms of self absorption, locking into self deception.
Under this banner, self justification in bitterness takes a position to divorce a soul from reality.
However, there is only one solution to all it's effects and that is the filling of the Holy Spirit+
Join us now for part 4 of 17G as we come to the close of our series..."The Doctrine of Bitterness"
